No Hidden Fees or Website Ownership Clauses

Some web design companies have contract clauses that say if you leave, you have to pay a large fee, or you won’t get to take your website with you. That’s not the case with us. Once your website is built, it’s 100% yours to keep and host.

Why are your competitors are outperforming you?

It most likely has something to do with their website and what’s on it:

Your website needs to be visible

When we say visible, we mean in search engines like Google. Over 90% of online experiences begin with a search engine, so your website needs to be optimized for the best search engine optimization (SEO) practices. When you choose our website design company, you’re guaranteed to have a website optimized for SEO.

Your website needs to be fast

Website visitors need to see something happen on your site in under three seconds. If not, 40% of them will leave and go to another website. Even a one-second delay can cause a 7% reduction in conversions—resulting in less revenue generated from your website.

Landing Page Design & Optimization

What does it take for a landing page to convert? We know the answer. With the right website design elements, calls to action, and ad copy, we can improve your site’s performance. Most importantly, we help you increase the number of leads generated by your website.

Your website needs to be secure

Data breaches and hacked consumer information have been big topics of discussion recently—and your website visitors know this. If your website has any place where users can fill in personal information (even if it’s just a phone number and email address) it needs to be secure. Google also gives a slight ranking boost to secured websites in their search results.

Your website needs an optimal user experience

Once your page loads, users form an opinion in 0.5 seconds. They expect to be able to find information easily and quickly—especially from a mobile device.

Website Copywriting

Your website should be your #1 sales and marketing tool for your business. Does your website’s copy represent your best pitch? If you need compelling, SEO-friendly copy and content for your website, we will deliver it. Our in-house copywriters have written thousands of web pages for contractors and target the right keywords to make your website more visible on search engine results pages.

How It Works?

It's pretty simple to get started, check out below how our process is setup.

Phase One: Discovery

We want to know all about your business! Part of our on-boarding process involves completing a discovery questionnaire, asking a ton of questions about your business. Then we'll schedule a kick off call so we can talk over everything you've submitted.

Phase Two: Design

This is where the fun begins! Using the information you provided during our discovery and on-boarding process, We will work to create a custom design just for you. You'll get a style guide of color, typography and device responsiveness provided along with a full-page initial concept of the home page for your review and input. This is a collaboration, so we want to hear what you think and have your feedback and input during the entire process.

Phase Three: Development

Once you've signed off on your design, it's time to build! We'll take your completed concept and turn it into a working website. Once completed, we'll provide you with a private URL for previewing and testing your new site. This gives you the opportunity to test it on all your devices, check that all the links and buttons work, and make sure you like the images and content layout.

Phase Four: Content

A website isn't complete until every page has content. We hope that you've been working hard during phases 1-3 to have content ready for phase 4. Your customers have come to the website for a reason, so you want to be sure you've answered all their questions! Content is crucial to every website. We'll take your content and lay it out on each page so that it looks great and is easy to read.

Phase Five: Launch!

Hooray, it's time for launch! That means you've tested, approved, and are ready to make your site live to the world. We'll do all the technical work in this process - getting it loaded onto your server, making it live, as well as any debugging necessary. (We'll make sure Google knows where it is too.)

Phase Six: Training and Support

Your website is launched, but we're just beginning! We'll schedule a training call so we can walk you through how to manage your website as well as answer all your questions.

What are you waiting for? You're missing out on leads as we speak!

HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE COST?

One question we get a lot is “How much does it cost to have a website?” Truthfully, you can find websites for pretty much any price—but you get what you pay for. Here’s what goes into the cost of owning a website:

Hosting

This is the service or company providing space on the internet for your website. Hosting providers include WPEngine (our recommendation if you have a WordPress website), Kinsta, GoDaddy, InMotion, and others. This will range from $8-$50 per month.

Domain name

This is shown as www.yourcompany.com, and is usually a yearly payment. This can be purchased from GoDaddy or a Registrar of your choosing. This can range depending on the company but should be more than $20 per year.

Design

Some designs are free, others cost money. Check out our pricing above.

Plugins and extensions

Typically, the more plugins you want, the more expensive a website gets. Each plugin will vary in cost, to begin, keep it simple to cut down on these cost.

The complexity of design

The more customized your website is, the more expensive it will be. We've developed a productive layout to keep initial cost to a minimum so you can focus your budget on marketing and getting more sellers.

How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.
